Request account deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your Plug Bundle Services account and the personal data associated with it. This page is provided for Google Play and App Store account-deletion requirements.

What gets deleted

When we approve your request, we permanently delete or anonymize:

Your account profile (name, email, phone number, password)
Wallet balance and loyalty / affiliate balances tied to your account
In-app notifications and support ticket messages from your account
Saved preferences, referral links where they identify you, and reseller store profile details (if any)

What may be retained

We may keep limited records where required for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute resolution purposes, for example:

Transaction / payment references needed for tax or payment-provider compliance
Order logs required to resolve chargebacks or network delivery disputes (may be anonymized where possible)

Retained records are kept only as long as necessary and are not used for marketing.

        Processing time: We aim to complete deletion requests within 7 days of verifying your identity. You will receive an email confirmation when the deletion is complete (or if we need more information).
    

This action is permanent. After deletion you will lose access to your wallet balance, order history on the app, loyalty points, and any reseller tools linked to the account. Remaining wallet credit is forfeited unless you withdraw it before requesting deletion.
