Welcome to Plug Bundle Services. By accessing or using our website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
By creating an account, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- All registration information you provide is accurate and complete
- You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are not located in a country subject to sanctions or embargoes
2. Account Registration
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Services
Plug Bundle Services provides a platform for purchasing mobile data bundles and digital services. We act as a facilitator between users and service providers. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we do not guarantee immediate fulfillment as delivery depends on third-party vendor networks.
3.1 Data Bundle Purchases
- All data bundle prices are displayed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and are subject to change without notice
- Purchases are deducted from your wallet balance
- Once a purchase is initiated, the wallet is debited immediately
- If the vendor API fails to deliver, the amount is automatically refunded to your wallet
- Refunds are processed automatically and may take a few minutes to reflect
3.2 Wallet Top-Ups
- Wallet top-ups via Paystack are processed immediately upon payment confirmation
- Manual Mobile Money top-ups are reviewed and credited by our team, typically within 24 hours
- A processing fee may apply to Paystack transactions as disclosed during checkout
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
- Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Platform
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Plug Bundle Services or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plug Bundle Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Service delivery depends on third-party network providers and may be subject to delays outside our control.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Plug Bundle Services, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
